Where MSPs Go To Grow: IT Nation 2011
Last week’s IT Nation show was the perfect event to mark my return to covering the channel. One thing that stood out to me right away about this show is that the attendees were there to learn and grow their businesses. This was not a lifestyle-VAR-friendly event. Tigerpaw Opens 2nd Partner Summit With A Roar
It was classic James Foxall when the president of Tigerpaw Software opened that vendor's second annual partner summit wearing bright orange Chucks. Anyone who knows the friendly and easy-going Foxall wasn't surprised at his attire or his down-to-earth and enthusiastic welcome to the gathering of nearly 400 Tigerpaw partners in Dallas.

Zenith Infotech Spins Off Zenith RMM
Zenith Infotech, a vendor that’s been known in the channel for its RMM (remote monitoring and management), private cloud, and business continuity offerings, recently spun off its RMM division into a separate company called Zenith RMM. New Security Vendor Ready To Tackle The U.S. Channel
One of the great opportunities found within the trade show circuit is the chance for channel businesses to meet and learn more about new vendors in their space. Such is the case this fall, when a new player on the network security front — a vendor that jokingly says it is the largest security company you’ve never heard of — starts to meet and greet with IT businesses at industry events.
