"After we experienced the benefits of Ingram Micro's IMonsite we were one of the first customers to jump to Autotask to replace our internally-built system," explained Alex Obeso, president of ADX Technologies in Coral Gables, Fla. "We needed to get back to focusing on our business and let Autotask take care of producing, updating, managing, securing, and maintaining our software – which they do phenomenally well."
