MSP Partners Announces Second Annual Industry Awards

MSP Partners members again have the chance to nominate peers within the managed services arena who have helped shape and advance managed services. MSP Partners will accept nominations for its 2009 MSP Awards through the end of September.
“Managed services seem to have come into its own this year — its established, there are best practices in place, and the best of class are profitable,” says Jim Hamilton, executive director of the organization. “As an organization focused on this space, we know there are a lot of champions out there; guys who have gone down the dark alleys, learned the hard lessons, and then shared them. We want to step back and recognize those leaders.”
MSP Partners 2009 awards are presented in three categories:

- Managed Services Leadership identifies exceptional contribution to the Managed Services Provider community by an individual.
- MSP Innovation honors an individual who has developed and applied innovative MSP business strategies in 2009.
- Overall Best in Class recognizes outstanding performance in all aspects of running a Managed Services business.
