N-able Technologies Introduces 100% IT Coverage Training Program To Help MSPs Manage And Drive Revenue From All Networked Devices

N-able Technologies, the global leader in remote monitoring and management software for managed service providers (MSPs) and IT departments, recently announced a field and web-based training program that takes direct aim at the two biggest barriers inhibiting the growth of MSPs worldwide: 1) new customer acquisition and 2) placing all existing small and midsize business (SMB) customers' networked devices under management.

Available free of charge, this new training program, which includes a 12-part webinar series, is part of a growing crusade led by N-able's President and CEO Gavin Garbutt to accelerate the adoption of managed services by making it easier and more lucrative for N-able's MSP partners to offer 100% IT coverage to any SMB customer, regardless of whether they are break-fix, responsive, proactive or managed.

"Although managed services adoption is at a record high within the IT channel, the reality is nearly 90 per cent of the IT infrastructure that supports small and midsize businesses remain unmanaged," explains Garbutt. "It's a huge revenue and services opportunity for the IT channel that cannot be ignored and is one of the many reasons we made such an unprecedented investment in N-central 7.0, our new freemium model and most recently, this new training program. Our goal is to enable the proliferation of managed services and stimulate the mass-market adoption across the vast SMB landscape."

As part of the "100% IT Coverage" training series, N-able has once again married the necessary business acumen, sales expertise and technology needed to create an unfair sales advantage for its channel partners worldwide.

"N-able as an organization is just incredible at their partner support and is clearly striving, and succeeding, when it comes to being the best at what they do," says A.J. Betta, Director of Engineering, TriLogic Corporation, an N-able MSP partner in Canonsburg, PA. "The attention to detail N-able pays to what we need to succeed and what our customers want is obvious and a true measure of our partnership."

The first in the series of 12 live webinars – "100% IT Coverage: How to Drive Reoccurring Service Revenue from All Your Customers Without Making Major Changes to Your Business" – will be hosted by Gavin Garbutt and two N-able partner development specialists on April 22 from 2 – 3 p.m. ET. Registration for this free training course is now open to N-able partners.

Other webinars in the series include "Generating Leads with a Free Offering," "Demonstrating Value with an Executive Strategy Meeting," "How to Target Specific Product or Service Needs" and "Building an Effective Referral Program." "We are driven by the success of our MSP partners and remain committed to working side-by-side with them to take advantage the SMB land grab across North America and the rest of the globe," concludes Garbutt. "Together, we will help our partners achieve 100% IT coverage by removing the barriers to entry and empowering them to win new business and build profitable, recurring revenues streams unlike anything they've seen before."
