Industry leader doubles-down on executive leadership and prepares for exponential market growth in 2011

Managed services innovator N-able Technologies, the global leader in remote monitoring and management (RMM) software for managed service providers (MSPs) and IT departments, is pleased to announce JP Jauvin as the company's new president and chief operating officer (COO).

In this expanded leadership role, Jauvin continues to report to N-able CEO Gavin Garbutt and is responsible for the company's worldwide strategy, sales and operations, as well as overseeing the development and execution of N-able's core programs, services and technologies.

Jauvin joined N-able as COO in June 2010, and is credited with incorporating a new level of innovation and next generation IT automation into N-able's products and toolsets. His appointment to President and COO reflects on the company's proven success and confidence in Jauvin's leadership and shared vision to expand its footprint and grow the business exponentially in conjunction with its channel partners.

Over the last year, N-able's MSP partners on average grew the number of small and midsize businesses managed using N-central by 75 percent. MSP adoption of N-able's freemium services and 100 percent IT coverage model continues to exceed company expectations and attract new channel partners to N-able. Simultaneously, N-able's Midmarket Reseller Program has grown 100 percent year-over-year.

"N-able has become a very exciting and successful growth story for the IT industry," says Garbutt. "Under the leadership of JP and our executive team, N-able's MSP partners will continue to reign as the industry's top-performing MSPs. Together we will ignite the proliferation of managed services in 2011 and seize the opportunity."
