Accu-Times Hires Marcos Rivera Kane As Technical Support Engineer

Ellington, CT — Accu-Time Systems, Inc., the leading manufacturer of workforce management, time and attendance, and security access products, today announced that Marcos Rivera Kane has joined the company as Technical Support Engineer for Latin America. Mr. Rivera, who holds a BS degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Hartford, previously worked as a Software Engineer for Diagnostic Devices, Inc., in Simsbury, CT.

In his role as Technical Support Engineer, Mr. Rivera is responsible for providing technical support for all of Accu-Times' Latin American customers. In addition, he will assist with general technical support of the company's US customers as needed. Mr. Rivera grew up in Puerto Rico and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Stephen G. Sardi, Accu-Times' Vice President of Engineering and Operations, stated, "Marcos brings considerable knowledge of complex electronic products and expertise in both hardware and software to his new role. As we continue our market expansion into Latin America we will be relying on him to help support and develop our service product offerings." Mr. Rivera will be based at Accu-Time's world headquarters in Ellington, CT.
