When a large hospital released an RFP to upgrade its communication infrastructure, Consolidated Technologies (CTI) knew the battle for that project be easy, even though the VAR had a long-standing relationship with the hospital. However, because of that existing relationship, CTI already knew the RFP included a request for an IVR solution that required development of an outbound emergency notification system (ENS) for hospital personnel to use for sending automated audio or email notification messages. That knowledge helped CTI win the final project bid.
