When I wrote my first column in this magazine two years ago, I was just getting my feet wet in the technology space and was ill-equipped to prognosticate. Today, I find myself having to trim down my list of what next year will bring. Maybe I have more experience, or perhaps the IT industry has reached an exciting inflection point.
