At the spring Ingram Micro VTN Invitational, there was much talk about cloud — what vendors are doing, how it will impact the channel, and advice for VARs and MSPs on what they next step should be. Among those sharing insight was Renee Bergeron, VP of cloud and managed services for Ingram Micro.
