3-GIS' mobile data management solution Field Express Chameleon, leveraged by Esri's ArcGIS Server and Handhelds rugged high technology products will be available for use by utility and telecom companies and emergency management agencies. These state of the art products provide global customers ruggedized mobile computers with a flexible easy to use interface.
