Featured Article: A New Twist On POS

Oftentimes when you read technology articles aimed at improving your bottom line, the gist of the articles focuses on taking on a new product line or targeting a lucrative untapped market. While those articles certainly can be valuable, there's also the rarer article that focuses more on how a company is doing something. These articles are less common because it's difficult to find someone who's doing something fairly unique, someone that has information to share, and someone who's actually willing to share. Knowing this, I consider myself lucky to have met brothers Howard and David McCarthy of DUMAC Business Systems. In speaking with the duo, they shared just two bits of knowledge that, while seemingly simple, have led to considerable benefit for the company.
