I am just plain done with writing about the recession; I am ready to talk about recovery, profits, and growth. And so, apparently, is everyone else. Starting at the ConnectWise partner summit a few months ago, the buzz turned from survival to prosperity. I had a great conversation with N-able CEO Gavin Garbutt about getting the channel ready to prosper in 2010 by arming VARs and managed services providers (MSPs) with the tools in the first quarter that help them start pushing cash-shy customers toward upgrades and projects put on hold for most of 2009.
