"There's the hidden cost of non-compliance," DiMaria says. Sadly, we live in this litigious society. You hear these stories about lawsuits here and there and people that get these large awards, which really motivates more and more lawsuits where a lot of them just become frivolous. This is a good way to just shut it down."
