Legally Speaking: The iPad Invasion

The headline caught my attention; "Apple's iPad Already Replacing Cash Registers by the Bushel." Recently I had written about a small local restaurant that I frequent that had taken its Menu, Wine List, and payment processing to iPads. The transition was well received by the patrons and far more efficient and economical for the restaurant. The only criticism from the owner was that one of his iPads had disappeared.
