Level Platforms Unveils Road Map

During the Level Platforms Managed Workplace 2011 Road Show, CEO Peter Sandiford revealed the managed services vendor's road map for 2011 via video. First on the list are the enhancements to Managed Workplace already in the works: new and deeper vendor integrations around backup and security technologies; warranty management tools; remote control and management enhancements; advanced integrations with PSA vendors ConnectWise, Autotask, and Tigerpaw; maintenance managements; and integrated alerts. Sandiford told partners to expect most of those features before the end of Q2.

Then, from there, enhancements on the horizon for the latter portion of 2011 include: cross browser and mobile device views of Managed Workplace consoles, cloud and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) monitoring and management, and a fully upgraded interface.
