ProSolutions Software, Inc. is a salon and spa point-of-sale (POS) developer. L.A.-based ProSolutions is among the top six salon industry POS developers in North America. They became a Mercury Payment Systems® partner in 2009.

Challenge
ProSolutions' main concern was that they lacked a compliant solution that could meet emerging PCI card data security mandates.

Their secondary concern was that their current payment processing tech support was not ideal. ProSolutions' tech team felt frustrated and ill-equipped handling first level support questions about their merchant's third-party processing software. And, merchants had to pay an annual fee for second level support from the processor.
