Q: What is CompTIA doing to help managed service providers succeed in the channel and how are channel vendors and MSPs getting involved?

A: In April, the MSP Partners community of CompTIA launched a "Managed Services Trustmark" (learn more here: http://bsminfo.com/article.mvc/CompTIA-Introduces-New-Business-Credential-0001 ) designed to address a number of issues that MSPs deal with as they drive their business forward. The Trustmark helps potential and existing MSPs identify best practices around the delivery of managed services, it allows MSPs who successfully attain the Trustmark to differentiate themselves from their competition, and it helps MSPs align their efforts with existing vendor programs.
