Aerohive Networks has announced the creation of the Aerohive Advantage Partner Program, a new program designed to increase the growth and success of the company’s worldwide partner network.

To lead the new Advantage Partner Program, Aerohive has appointed veteran channel strategist Johnna Bowley as vice president of worldwide sales operations and global channels. The new program goes into effect immediately and will be rolled out globally within six months.

Johnna Bowley, vice president, worldwide sales operations and global channels, Aerohive Networks, explains: “Our new Aerohive Advantage Partner Program will serve as the framework for that sales motion and will empower our channel partners to grow their businesses by partnering with Aerohive to capitalize on the enormous mobility solution market opportunity.”

Designed to support, recognize and reward the company’s top performing channel partners, the new Aerohive Advantage Partner Program is one of the strategic investments Aerohive is making to support and evolve its channel partner ecosystem and capture market opportunity. The new worldwide channel program represents an investment by the company to empower the channel and reward partners.

David Greene, chief marketing officer, Aerohive Networks, says, “Partners are crucial to Aerohive’s strategy to reduce the cost and complexity of today’s wireless networks.”

The program establishes four pillars to advance a value-based channel model and aid partners in building their success:

  • Capacity:  targeted recruitment and matching the right partners with strong opportunities
  • Competency: online training, certification and other tools to accelerate partners’ success
  • Engagement: joint marketing and sales collaboration to better serve customers
  • Profitability: discounts and incentives for partners to work with Aerohive

Aerohive also announced it has been awarded a 5-star rating in CRN’s 2015 Partner Program Guide. The 2015 5-Star recipients are chosen based on investments in program offerings, partner profitability, partner training, education and support, marketing programs and resources, sales support and communication. The 5-Star Partner Program rating recognizes an elite subset of companies that offer solution providers the best partnering elements in their channel programs.
