Nine New Hires and Four Promotions Focus on Customer Support and New Business Development
Arecont Vision, the industry leader in IP megapixel camera technology, recently announced four promotions and nine new hires within the expanding Americas division. The announcement, made by Carole Dougan, Vice President of North American Sales, Arecont Vision at ASIS 2013, reflects the company’s uncompromising commitment to industry leadership, innovation and continued growth.
New hires include Christie Walters as Director of Strategic Accounts; John Callahan as Field Distribution Sales Manager; John Keltner as Northern California, Northern Nevada Regional Sales Manager; Ritz Dreyer as Northeast Regional Sales Manager; David Ellis as Mid-Atlantic Regional Sales Manager; Eric LaValley as Great Lakes Regional Sales Manager, Carl Huntsman as Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest United States, Kyle Kayler as Northwest Regional Sales Manager and Kyle Parker as Central Region Sales Director.
Promotions include Mitch Fagundes to Director of Business Development; Ethan Maxon to Regional Director for the Western United States and Western Canada, John Bujarski to Director of Sales for the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic Regions and Geoffrey Stoliker to Director of Sales for the Southwest and Mountain West Regions.

In his new role as Director of Business Development, Mitch Fagundes has responsibility for pursuing growth opportunities and implementing initiatives to drive Arecont Vision’s megapixel camera technology worldwide. He joined Arecont Vision in 2010 as the Northwest Regional Sales Manager.
New to the company is Christie Walters, who has been appointed Director of Strategic Accounts. Christie is responsible for driving sales with Arecont Vision’s top national systems integrators and national distributors. She previously held senior level sales positions at VideoIQ, Pelco and Brivo.
John Callahan joins Arecont Vision as Distribution Field Sales Manager. Previously, John held sales and sales management positions with ADI, Anixter and Windy City Wire.
Ethan Maxon was Arecont Vision’s Regional Manager for the Southern Hemisphere prior to his promotion to Regional Director for Western United States and Western Canada. He retains responsibility for Australia and New Zealand.
John Keltner comes aboard as Northern California, Northern Nevada Regional Sales Manager. Having previously spent four years with CV Reps as Arecont Vision’s regional manufacturer’s representative, John has been actively involved in sales and marketing efforts with distributors, systems integrators and end users throughout the region.
Carl Huntsman joins as Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest United States. He will be leading the company’s efforts in the Las Vegas area, Arizona and Southern California. Carl joins Arecont Vision after recent positions with Network Appliance (NetApp), Nice Systems, Global Surveillance Associates (GSA), Mirage and Caesar's Palace resorts.
Kyle Kaylerjoins Arecont Vision as Northwest Regional Sales Manager with responsibility for Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, as well as Canadian provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. He is an industry veteran of 20 years with experience with systems integrator and manufacturer’s representative firms.
Kyle Parkerjoins Arecont Vision as Central Region Sales Director with responsibility for Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska. Based in Chicago, he was VP of Business Development for Keith Parker & Associates, Inc., a leading manufacturer's representative firm in the video surveillance market.
John Bujarski was promoted to Director of Sales for the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions after serving as the area Regional Sales Manager. In 2012, he earned Arecont Vision’s
Regional Sales Manager of the Year for his leadership and growth in the territory.
Ritz Dreyerjoins Arecont Vision as Northeast Regional Sales Manager with responsibility for New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine. He previously served in similar positions with Axis and Panasonic.
In his new role as Mid-Atlantic Regional Sales Manager, David Ellis will handle the territory that includes Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland. David was most recently with Speco Technologies as Director of National Accounts, and was previously with Honeywell International.
Eric LaValley brings 17 years of industry experience to his new position as Great Lakes Regional Sales Manager. His territory includes Michigan, Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Kentucky. He was previously with the Milsk Company.
Geoffrey Stoliker was promoted to Director of Sales for the Southwest and Mountain West regions. He previously served as the Regional Sales Manager for this territory.
