Aures Technologies ℞apid Xchange Warranty Brochure

The premium service coverage from Aures is the ℞apid Xchange Warranty (℞). Available to Certified Resellers only, ℞ provides the highest level of uptime for Aures equipment at no additional cost. ℞apid Xchange includes Next Business Day priority shipment of whole unit exchanges to the reseller. ℞ is available Monday through Friday (and Saturday) in locations where UPS delivery is available. (Excluding Aures Technologies scheduled holidays.)

℞apid Xchange services will be provided following a determination and authorization by the Aures Customer Support Center that the reported service request qualifies for immediate replacement.
