Autotask Live: Zenith Infotech

During the Autotask Community Live event in Miami, I had the chance to catch up with Maurice Saluan of Zenith InfoTech. He and his team were talking cloud at the managed services event, sharing information at the Zenith Mirror Cloud product, a hybrid solution that virtualized customer environments on-premise, then "mirrors" that data to a redundant, secure data center — the cloud — for business continuity. "We're really trying to share with MSPs that most customers aren't ready for the cloud, and that the hybrid solutions are really a perfect fit for SMB customers," says Saluan. Among the value propositions delivered by Zenith is the lower cost of the hybrid solution as compared with the vendor's more traditional prior BDR products. "For about 1/3 the cost of BDR, you get way more stability and way more service," says Saluan. Supporting the hybrid solution is the vendor's new North Carolina data center.
