What is BIXOLON’s Premier Partner Program, or BP3?
BP3 was designed to help value-added resellers (VARs) and system integrators (SIs) expand their business while driving growth and profitability. Our partner program is based on a tiered system; Silver, Gold, and Platinum; where each tier will receive different benefits including marketing materials, sales and technical support, and price incentives based on predetermined annual sales requirements.

What forms of education do you provide to partners?
Our partners will receive thorough sales and technical trainings so they are able to advise clients with updated and precise information. We also have demonstration videos of our printers, showing the ins and outs of how to operate, fix, and clean the printer. In addition, we will host an Annual Premier Partner Invitational to inform our partners on any new products, product updates, and current events within BIXOLON.

How do you help partners with their marketing?
Our partners will receive marketing funds that will contribute to co-exhibiting at trade shows and promotional materials including press releases, brochures, and monthly newsletters. We also offer sales programs including prospecting, joint sales calls, and lead generation.

Describe your ideal partner.
BP3’s ideal VAR or SI partner not only has an established market position, but they extend our reach into emerging markets and technologies. We want to work with our partners to penetrate and eventually dominate the market. What types of service and support do you offer your partners?
BIXOLON delivers top-notch customer and technical service via phone and Skype. For our Platinum Partners, we will also offer in-field support when needed. We provide assistance with installation and offer a nationwide network of Authorized Service Providers (ASPs). BIXOLON is also extremely fortunate to have direct and complete support from our headquarters facility in South Korea for technical issues.

We also offer a standard three-year limited warranty for all POS printers and a one-year limited warranty for our label and mobile printing line.

Our partners will automatically be enrolled in our demo program, which provides free sample printers without the hassle.
