Tech Trends: Closing The Sale With Receipt Printers

With sales improving, retailers have begun to increase information technology budgets and move forward on new projects that have idled since the start of the recent recession. Among those investments will be new receipt printers, both for traditional point of sale (POS) applications and new mobile sales and kiosk solutions. VARs have an opportunity to transform their printer business from a price-based commodity sale into a more lucrative opportunity by guiding customers through new printer options that have emerged over the past two years.
