Creditcall Appoints New VP Of Operations To Spur Continued Growth

Former IBM and MasterCard exec David Butler brings US strategic planning and technology experience to FinTech company addressing the rising demand for secure payment solutions

Creditcall Ltd, a leading omni-channel payment gateway and EMV migration specialist, recently announced the appointment of David Butler as vice president of operations. Reporting to CEO, Lars D. Pedersen, David will be responsible for contributing to Creditcall’s overall growth strategy and lead the growing operational teams that cover customer support, processor and acquirer certifications, and the company’s network infrastructure.

Commenting on the new appointment, Creditcall CEO Lars Pedersen said: "David brings incredibly strong global planning and technology experience particularly in the US as well as payments industry know-how to Creditcall. He will be an asset to the further expansion and development of the company.”

David’s career to date includes senior positions with both SMEs and large corporations including IBM, MasterCard in the US and the Royal Air Force in the UK. His experience and expertise cuts across product development, application & solution architecture, and cross-functional team leadership.

David and his wife return to the UK after spending 15 years in the US. They look forward to happy days reacquainting themselves with the rich history of the British Isles and visiting the moors and hills near Bristol.
