If there’s one thing Gino Manna’s peers (and competitors) would have to agree on, it’s the fact that he knows a good opportunity when he sees it. Six years ago, Manna, director of technical services at Source One Business Services, made the transition from selling break-fix IT services to managed services. That move paid dividends then and continues to do so presently. More recently, Manna recognized the cloud’s potential for new revenue growth. One of the biggest services his company is now selling, which comprises about 30 percent of his overall revenue, is cloud-based VoIP. A recent win with a quick-serve Mexican restaurant chain based in northern Virginia illustrates this point.
