MSP continues its efforts on growth and expansion with acquisition of Frederick, MD-based managed services company.

eGuard Technology Services, a leading managed services provider, is pleased to announce that it has acquired NewTeq Computer Services, an IT managed services provider serving SMBs based in the Frederick, MD, area. As a result of the acquisition, eGuard will now be able to expand into this new geographical market, as well as open a new avenue of growth with SMBs in this region.
