Future POS Certifies To Vantiv Integrated Payments For EMV Solution

Future POS, Inc., a top five software developer of restaurant point of sale systems, has partnered with Vantiv Integrated Payments a provider of payments technology and services for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), to introduce a comprehensive fully-integrated EMV processing solution for the United States market. This new, EMV-enabled interface is available with Future POS’s Future Fusion product.

This EMV-enabled interface includes End to End Encryption (E2E) as well as the ability to accept payments made with NFC technology with apps such as ApplePay and Google Wallet. This solution will work seamlessly with Future POS’s latest version of Future Fusion and can be utilized with the Verifone VX 805.

Vantiv’s new semi-integrated EMV solution for Future POS includes:

• EMV Transaction Support – The ability to process in-store EMV transactions.
• End to End Encryption – Every card transaction is fully encrypted, never touching the POS system and reducing the risk of data compromise.
• Integrated Gift Card – Many solutions are requiring separate MSRs to process gift cards, but Future POS’s solution allows the EMV device to do both credit and gift.
• The ability to accept ApplePay and AndroidPay, allowing for contactless payments using a smartphone.
