How Ingram's Bradley Defines Character

Keith Bradley, the senior executive vice president and president of Ingram Micro North America, shared several leadership lessons during his May 15 presentation at Ingram’s Solutions Partner Invitational at the San Diego Marriott Marquis and Marina.

In this excerpt from his presentation, Bradley discusses the importance of character in employees and details how he and Ingram Micro define character for their leadership positions.

“You can take the easy path,” Bradley says. “You can take the easy money. It might not be completely ethical, but you could take it. I think a lot of people who build character decide to make it the hard way, and instead of … bending the truth you live underneath and accept the weight of the truth, and that helps you build character.”
