World’s Largest Technology Distributor Announces 2012 Smart Partner Award Winners at Inaugural Ingram Micro Experience Event

SANTA ANA, Calif. — Reflecting on IT channel success, Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM) today announced the winners of its 2012 Smart Partner awards.

The annual accolades were presented to 16 of the distributor’s top-performing IT vendor partners in the U.S. during the 2013 Ingram Micro Experience marketing services kickoff, which took place earlier this month at the Performing Arts Center in Cerritos, Calif. 

“The 2012 Smart Partner awards recognize those technology manufacturers and vendor partners who embraced the opportunity to do business differently.  Each of these winners utilized outside of the box thinking and unique strategies to successfully team with Ingram Micro and enable our channel partners to grow their businesses and maximize their IT sales and services potential,” says Jennifer Anaya, vice president of marketing for Ingram Micro North America and executive host of the 2013 Ingram Micro Experience.  

This year’s prestigious Most Valuable Player (MVP) award was presented to Juniper Networks.  The Marketing Advantage Program (MAP) award went to emerging cloud vendor Veeam.  Additional 2012 Ingram Micro Smart Partner award winners included:
