Managed services has really and truly matured. Over the past five years, more managed services providers (MSPs) have laser-focused on the success of their customers. Success stories are everywhere about successful MSPs growing their businesses while benefiting from a consistent income model. Recently, the buzz in the industry switched overnight to a discussion about leveraging the cloud. So, with all this focus on cloud deliverables, the conversation has shifted back to one about MSP product deliverables as opposed to one about MSP pservice levels. There is some risk inherent in that shift.
