With the Salesforce.Com Service Desk Module, Level Platforms Partners can easily synchronize information between devices, link Managed Workplace sites and accounts, and coordinate ticket and case assignments. As a result, MSPs using no longer have to mine critical operational data from multiple sources. Instead, Managed Workplace collects the information and feeds it into, where it can be addressed by the relevant elements of the business, from trouble ticket identification and resolution to billing and reporting. This provides MSPs with improved workflows to increase efficiencies and streamline operations.
