Mercury Introduces MercuryActivate To Drive Merchant Enrollment Online

Web-based enrollment allows merchants to add payment processing and begin accepting credit cards the same day

LAS VEGAS – Mercury Payment Systems today launched MercuryActivate at the RetailNOW 2013 Convention and Expo in Las Vegas. The new MercuryActivate solution will provide an innovative API for point-of-sale  system developers to capture merchant enrollments online for Mercury payment processing. 

Paper-based enrollment is a slow, time-consuming process. MercuryActivate enables merchant enrollment to be up to 96 percent faster than before, allowing developers to quickly onboard new merchants for payment processing. Mercury is the first payment processor to offer this automated merchant enrollment process in the form of an API.
