Randy Clark, senior VP of marketing at Mercury, talks with Jameson Publishing and Business Solutions magazine President Jim Roddy in this Executive-To-Executive interview conducted at the Money2020 conference, held Oct. 6-10, 2013 at the Aria in Las Vegas.
In this interview, Roddy says Business Solutions magazine sees two recurring themes in the channel, echoed at Money2020: the importance of being a total solutions provider and the importance of adopting the as-a-Service business model to contribute to a recurring revenue stream for your business. Roddy says a benefit of Money2020 is the perspective it provides on the industry and emerging technologies and the opportunity it gives solutions providers to consider how they fit in.
"You can have a trusted advisor status advising merchants as to these up and coming technologies,” Roddy says.
