Austin, TX – Motion Computing, a leading global provider of mobile technology, expanded the In-Vehicle Computing Solution for North America today with a series of updates to the original offering, including Motion Preferred Installers in Canada, a 3 year standard limited warranty, additional customized mounting kits and positive crash test results.

The Solution has passed comprehensive crash and vibration testing that met or exceeded multiple industry standards, such as the US heavy duty vehicle SAE J1455 standard and several other international standards.  The tests were carried out at state-of-the-art vehicle and occupant safety testing facilities used by the automobile industry. 

To stand behind the vehicle solutions, Motion has also upgraded the vehicle docks and mounting kits warranty terms to 3-year standard limited warranty.  In addition, new customized dash mount kits are now available to support popular public safety and utility vehicles such as Chevy Tahoe, Ford F150, F250 and Dodge Charger.
