In this video from the opening night of VARTECH 2012, musician/comedian/motivational speaker Mike Rayburn offers advice on how to become a change catalyst. The laughs (and mad guitar skills) start at about the 3:15 mark.
“When you ask the question, ‘What If?” in a positive way, you open up the possibilities,” Rayburn says. “What if we could do that? What would it look like? All the time you get the naysayers, the people – we’ve got them in every office, you’ve got them in every business. … I say to them, ‘You’re right. It is impossible. But what if it wasn’t? What if it wasn’t? How would we do it?’”
Promoted as a “mobile trade show,” BlueStar hosted its annual VARTECH Conference Oct. 5-8 on the Carnival Imagination cruise ship traveling from Miami to Nassau, The Bahamas. Over 1,400 people attended the event with over half of them being the distributor’s top resellers from the U.S. and Latin America.
