Numa Networks' Pure-Play MSP Strategy Pays Off With Solarwinds N-able

Source: N-able Technologies Inc.

Numa Networks launched in 2009 as a pure-play managed services provider (MSP), taking a leap of faith to move beyond the traditional break-fi x IT services model and focus instead on addressing ongoing customer needs. The decision couldn’t have been more right, as the forward-looking fi rm has found success quickly, achieving a high rate of growth year after year.

Another key decision that accelerated Numa Networks’ success was its selection of remote monitoring and management (RMM) technology. Out the gate the MSP selected SolarWinds N-able ® , the leader in RMM and service automation software.

“We evaluated Kaseya, LPI and LabTech, but quickly realized nothing has the scalability of SolarWinds N-able,” says Warren Hino, founder and president of Numa Networks. “We wanted to build for scale right from the start so we designed our entire service desk around SolarWinds N-able.”
