Collaboration Represents Greater Channel Access to OKI’s Broad and Award-Winning Portfolio of Printers and Multifunction Devices

OKI Data Americas and Impression Solutions Inc. (ISI) announce a strategic business partnership through which ISI is now authorized as a value-added distribution partner of OKI printers and multifunction devices (MFPs). With this alliance, ISI offers the complete OKI line-up of CX multifunction devices and Managed Print Services (MPS)-ready products within the channel together with accessories, parts and supplies. In addition, ISI provides a full range of services including an experienced field-based sales and nationwide service network, pre/post sales technical support, configuration center, training facility and dealer marketing support to deliver unparalleled service and support to the channel.

By concentrating resources on a select group of manufacturers, ISI provides services and support that are unique within the channel. One area of focus for ISI will be the competitively-priced CX3535/CX4545 MFPs. In addition to the devices’ standard configurations, available options allow dealers to customize offerings to meet each customer’s unique needs. Standard configurations include two paper trays able to hold 550 sheets each, reversing automatic document feeder (RADF) and a bypass tray of 100 sheets. A 550-sheet paper feed pedestal and 2,500-sheet large capacity feeder are also part of the standard configurations for the CX3535 and CX4545 models, respectively.

The CX3535/CX4545 MFPs have toner yields among the highest in their class, and feature OKI’s smart Extendable Platform that allows customers and solution partners to create customized solutions to meet their specific business needs. By utilizing the open platform integration capabilities with a host of cloud-based business applications such as Google Docs, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Exchange, dealers can increase efficiencies with document management workflows and output management solutions.

Also immediately available through ISI are new MPS-ready color and mono MFPs from OKI which combine high-quality color and four-in-one functionality with speed, reliability and ease of use. These offer superior value and have a footprint small enough to fit easily into most any environment.

Different devices have print and copy speeds up to 42 pages per minute (ppm) in color and 55 ppm in monochrome with first page out in as few as nine seconds. The devices’ standard duplexing/RADF quickly scan both sides of a document and can save on printing expenses by minimizing paper usage. Customers can turn hard-copy documents into electronic files with multiple options and scan documents in either color or monochrome, send them to a PC, a network folder, a USB stick, or to a list of e-mail addresses.
