Coming in 2010: Integration, Open API From SonicWALL

Jan Sijp, director of product development at SonicWALL, shared with me how SonicWALL is positioning itself for 2010. It has just unveiled a new integration tool, a web services interface that allows the security vendor to start serving up more information to managed services tools such as professional services automation (PSA) and remote monitor and management (RMM) tools. Its first collaboration will be with ConnectWise's version 2010. Listen as Jan explains the impact of this step on partners.
