Pensmore Software Releases New IntuitivePay iPhone App

The new workforce is mobile, and managers are increasingly handling critical business tasks at home or on the road. A new Point of Sale app for the iOS platform, for example, has just made it simple to run payment processing and accounting reconciliation tasks using an iPhone or iPad.

The IntuitivePay iPhone app by Pensmore Software provides real-time integration to the latest QuickBooks Online Edition. Pensmore will also be offering merchants who use QuickBooks POS the power to process payments on the fly and have them fully integrated back to QuickBooks Online.

Since 2011, Pensmore Software has built best of breed integrated payment solutions that have been tailored specifically to small- to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) that use QuickBooks accounting software and QuickBooks Point of Sale. CPA Practice Advisor has just nominated Pensmore for the 2014 Innovation Awards due to their robust suite of payment processing tools and unparalleled security encryption. Pensmore has staked out the industry leadership position for payment applications that fully integrate with Intuit applications via their recently released IntuitivePay platform.

Pensmore’s founder and CEO Jeff White credited insights from their extensive dealer network and SMB partners for the rapid adoption of their new iPhone app. “We here at Pensmore built our new IntuitivePay iPhone application based on the feedback we received from our incredible dealer partners and our merchants. Their voices have been heard, and thanks to them, we now offer the best integrated mobile payment application to the QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Point of Sale market,” White said.

As SMBs shift more of their back office automation to mobile platforms, integrating new software with their accounting system has become a major challenge. White launched Pensmore when he discovered how much SMBs have had to rely on Intuit’s Merchant Services and GoPayment to handle seamless payment processing that accurately reconciles with the company’s back office accounting on QuickBooks.

White felt that merchants and dealers deserved more responsive and customized solutions that put SMBs first. He has led Pensmore to redefine the online payment processing market. The new IntuitivePay app for iPhone and iPad is about to change the way the mobile sector handles payment processing.
