Streit says each MSP will be unique in their pricing structure, because it depends on factors such as their staff, their clients, their skills, and the tools they use. “Plans will change as you test them with clients and prospects, and eventually you’ll settle on what works for you,” Streit comments.

“How To Fire A Client,” by Andrew Harrover, CEO of Matrix Computer Consulting, says MSPs sometimes bear with a difficult client, thinking they are the lifeblood of their business, but in actuality “the RIGHT clients are the lifeblood of your business.” He lists three telltale signs it’s time to consider ending the business relationship.

In his article “7 Reasons NOT To Offer Service Package Options,” Raffi Jamogotchian, president and CTO of Triada Networks, tells why your top-end offering should be your only offering. “You need to provide a package that provides value as perceived by the customer, bearing in mind you may very well be doing yourself and your client a disservice by not providing the best level of service.”

In “5 Warnings About Jurisdiction And Cloud Storage,” Stanley Louissaint, president of Fluid Designs, shares information on how jurisdiction may affect your clients data stored in the cloud, pointing out “data that may be secure in one jurisdiction, may not be secure in another.”
