From The Editor: 2011 VAR Outlook Remains Positive

I've done a lot of traveling this year to a variety of partner conferences, trade shows, and expos covering multiple technologies. Two things struck me at these shows throughout the year. First, in most cases attendance was high. This was a big change from a year ago when the economic downturn grounded many VARs unable to spare the money for travel to an industry show. Secondly, the vendors and associations who put on, and participated in, the shows had very promising outlooks for 2010. Fast forward to present day, and it appears as if the economy truly is recovering — projects are coming in and Q4 results are matching those rosy outlooks. So, now that 2010 is pretty much in the books, what will 2011 have to offer?
