But one facet of the virtualized environment, desktop virtualization, is just starting to gain momentum. So why and how should VARs and managed services providers (MSPs) start showcasing those solutions to their customers? I talked to three virtualization vendors — CA, Citrix, and Lanamark — to get their advice.
