Installation Review: Rev Up Sales With Rugged Computers

In early 2008, solutions provider Trac2Mobile received a lead from Panasonic's inside sales team for an opportunity with Comag Marketing Group LLC (CMG). "The initial inquiry was actually more to rule us out based on price than to truly evaluate our offerings," says Walt Chantlos, founder and president of Trac2Mobile. The perception was that a Panasonic solution was expensive and out of their budget. It was up to Chantlos to change the client's mind.
