Strengthen Your Partner Relationships

Are your vendor partners merely providers of product for you to sell, or true partners that are walking with you hand-in-hand and working to help you succeed? If you didn’t answer “true partners,” it might be time to reevaluate the relationship.

At Business Solutions’ recently held ISV IQ Live! conference in Santa Ana, CA, I hosted a panel of software developers who spoke at length about the challenges and benefits of various partnerships (VARs, vendors, and with other ISVs). During our time on stage, I was reminded of a few key points.
