A four-year-old integrator lands a 400+ vehicle mobile solutions project with the largest beer distributor in Texas.

It goes without saying that Strategic Mobility Group (SMG3) had a lot of skeptics when it first opened for business in the midst of the financial crisis. Also not surprising was the fact that nearly all of SMG3’s potential clients were struggling with financial as well as human resources. With full confidence in its ability to help workforces be more productive through the use of mobile technologies, the consultant and systems integrator moved forward with its vision, and it has made believers out of the skeptics.

Today, fewer than four years since its inception, SMG3 has 30 employees and five offices located in Illinois (headquarters), Maryland, Wisconsin, Nevada, and Colorado. Additionally, the company has earned numerous awards, including a ranking on the Inc. 500 list of the fastest growing privately held companies (964 percent growth over a three-year period and 2013 revenue totaling $16.3 million).
