In every area of technology today, the word innovation is ubiquitous. But this year, the thermal bar code industry actually received an entrée that supports the claim with 12 patents pending and a myriad of customer-friendly features. The good news for VARs and their customers is that innovation is often contagious.

As much as we'd like to take all the credit for coming up with a ground-breaking printer design, the fact is we did extensive research and incorporated the improvement requests of VARs and end users into our new line of thermal bar code printers. They talked, we listened, and we believe others will start doing more of both in 2012.
