Charlotte, NC | The Retail Solutions Providers Association (RSPA) and The Council of State Restaurant Associations (CSRA) recently announced a Collaboration program to benefit each association's respective memberships and the CSRA's endorsement of RSPA's Industry Certification Program.
This active partnership will enable RSPA and CSRA to benefit from collaborative advocacy and education programs. The RSPA and CSRA hope this partnership will also benefit the industry overall with these enhanced benefits and offerings by sharing resources and expertise.
"CSRA is always looking to provide value to its members," said Crista LeGrand, CSRA Executive Director. "The Industry Certification Program brings synergism to both organizations through resource sharing, education and training. This alliance will allow our members to come full circle in today's ever-changing technology marketplace."
As part of their newly formed mutual collaboration program; The CSRA announced their endorsement of RSPA's Retail Industry Certification Program. RSPA will provide CSRA members with no cost access to the PCIwise education providing real world knowledge on transaction data security. RSPA and CSRA members will also be connecting on the local level as RSPA will provide speakers and education on retail technology and transition data security to each state association.
"Many RSPA members have a long history of serving Hospitality Industry so it's a natural fit for RSPA to establish an alliance with the CSRA and bring together retail technology providers and the users of retail technology. The collaboration with CSRA also complements our ongoing education, best practices and industry affairs initiatives with the National Restaurant Association. We look forward to the positive benefits this alliance will bring to our respective memberships," said Joseph Finizio, RSPA President & CEO.
Along with their official endorsement of the RSPA Certification program, CSRA will actively encourage their members to work with a certified reseller. This program of collaboration and endorsement of the RSPA Retail Technology Industry Certification Program follows the recent endorsements by the National Restaurant Association and the National Grocers Association.
