Lisa Bodell, founder of award-winning innovation firm, set to speak at IT channel’s premier partnering and training event
Author and innovator Lisa Bodell, who advocates simplicity as a means to innovation, is scheduled to deliver the keynote speech at CompTIA ChannelCon 2014, the premier partnering and training event for IT vendors, distributors and channel partners.
CompTIA recently announced the opening keynoter for ChannelCon, set for Aug. 4-6 at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort and Spa.
Bodell is the founder and chief executive officer of futurethink, an award-winning innovation firm that helps businesses embrace change and become world-class innovators. She is the author of the best-selling and award-winning book Kill the Company: End the Status Quo, Start an Innovation Revolution.
At ChannelCon, Bodell will explore why winning innovators embrace change; and what holds us back from becoming better innovators.
“Lisa Bodell’s message is an inspirational call to arms and an insightful examination of new ways to think and work,” said Kelly Ricker, senior vice president, events and education, CompTIA. “By changing and simplifying our approach we can achieve more and become better innovators.”
Bodell is scheduled to speak on the morning of Tuesday, Aug. 5.
