The Tigerpaw Learning Management System provides a comprehensive library of online courses and quizzes, rewarding employees with a certification upon successful completion of a course, which in turn makes additional courses available to the employees as well. Meanwhile, management sees a holistic view of employees’ progress to ensure that employees are taking—and understanding—the material.

The Learning Management System also includes a calendar of scheduled live training events, a library of training resources, including documents, videos and pre-recorded webinars, and a user forum to share your experiences and get answers from other Tigerpaw users.
