Social media was one of the hottest topics discussed at RetailNOW 2011, held July 24 to 27 in Orlando, FL. There was even an educational session titled "Making Social Media Work For You" that drew a large and enthusiastic crowd. Presenter David Gosman of PC America and SNAP Services did an excellent job connecting the vast world of social media with specific applications for retailers and retail resellers.
